OVERSPRAY
CLAIMS INFORMATION
|

Vehicles
are thoroughly inspected before the cleaning process begins
|
Documentation
is the next step in the formula used to reduce the liability
associated with an overspray claim. Vehicles are thoroughly
inspected before the cleaning process begins, and claimants
sign pre-inspection reports which clearly separate prior damage
unrelated to the overspray claim. Parts of the vehicle that
can not be cleaned are also noted on the work order for future
adjustments.
The information about the claimant, the oversprayed vehicle
and the name of the cleaning technician are also placed on a
permanent data base for future reference.
After the cleaning, releases signed by satisfied claimants help
to further reduce future liability problems. A photo of the
cleaned vehicle with the license plate visible adds to the documentation
record. Lab analysis is also available. |
